ISA Proyectos y Montajes Awarded Major Power Transmission Project in Arequipa

ISA Proyectos y Montajes S.R.L. has been awarded the contract for the execution of the project “Creation of the 138 kV Base Islay – Matarani Transmission Line and Matarani Substation in the districts of Mollendo and Islay, Province of Islay, Department of Arequipa.”

The project is part of the Transmission Investment Plan Program (PIT) and is being carried out for Sociedad Eléctrica del Sur Oeste S.A. – SEAL, under Contract No. GG/AL.027-2026-SEAL. CONTRATO Nº GGAL.027-2026-SEAL …

The contract includes the execution and completion of the works associated with the 138 kV Base Islay – Matarani Transmission Line and the Matarani Electrical Substation, infrastructure designed to strengthen the power system in the Province of Islay, Arequipa Region. The project scope includes specialized civil works, electromechanical installation, electrical systems, control and telecommunications, as well as the necessary modifications for the integration of the new infrastructure into the existing power system.
